At The Garden Cabin we are committed to best practice in terms of equal opportunity and diversity and do not show discrimination.  Please advise us if you would require help to leave the cabin during an emergency.

For your safety all outside doors can be locked by key. A key safe is provided where you find your key upon arrival and where you can leave the key when you leave the cabin.

A fire blanket is provided in the cabin. All rooms in the cabin are non-smoking. Please advise us […] during an emergency

There are outside lights which illuminate the drive.

We ask that guests keep any valuables with them as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred and would remind you that damages may be charged for.

We are happy to have your pet stay at the cabin. Please do not leave your dog unattended in the cabin. We ask you to keep your pet off the bed and furniture. Not all our guests have dogs, we wish to make the cabin a pleasant place to stay for all. The garden is for the use of all and we are happy that you walk with your dog in the garden. However, the garden is not meant for toileting. If your dog poos in the garden, please bag and dispose. The nearest dog poo bin is at the car park near Lemons Hill bridge. If you would like an outside hose for washing down muddy dogs, please ask.

All rooms in the cabin are non smoking.

Mobile phone reception is generally good.

Check in is between 15.30 and 21.00 and check out by 10.30 unless otherwise negotiated with us. We can temporarily store items for collection later in the day if required.

Cancellation Policy

Normal practice is for a £20 per night, non returnable booking fee to be paid at the time of booking. If cancellation is made more than five working days before the date of arrival, only the booking fee will be forfeited however if cancellation is made less than five working days before the date of arrival the whole fee will become due for payment, unless the rooms (s) can be resold.
